Thank you for your interest in shipping product across the West Shore Pipeline system. In order for us to consider approving you as a shipper, please complete and supply the following information.
- Completed “West Shore Pipeline, L.P. – Request for Shipper Status” form. Please fill out your companies address, contact information, and pipeline system(s) you want to ship on and have it signed by an authorized employee of your company. It is imperative that you also indicate the number of barrels you want to ship monthly & the system(s) you want on this form.
- Completed “Tax Exemption Authorization” & “Notification Certificate of Taxable Fuel Registrants” forms.
- Financial statements. Please provide your company’s most recent annual financial statements for the last two years. If you are a public company, please provide a website link where we can obtain the financial statements off line.
- Please provide the name and contact information for someone in your Credit/Financial group. This contact is requested if Buckeye should require additional information not included in your initial application.
